Data Fiduciary: EDMOW ("we," "us," "our") operates the website and services accessible at https://edmow.com("Platform").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EDMOW, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates posted here.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has read and consented to these Terms on your behalf. EDMOW does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3. Nature of Service

EDMOW provides a free, self-scheduled practice test platform and a browsable archive of previous-year examination questions for educational preparation. We do not provide coaching, tuition, or guaranteed outcomes. All content is offered for educational and practice purposes only.

4. User Accounts

• Authentication is via Google OAuth or Email OTP. We do not collect names, classes, addresses, or phone numbers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.
• One account per email. We reserve the right to suspend duplicate or suspicious accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content using automated tools.
• Share answers or coordinate attempts with others to manipulate test outcomes.
• Upload viruses, interfere with our servers, or bypass access controls.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without written consent.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any examination authority.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The Platform code, database compilation, taxonomy, UI/UX, and original solution text are owned by EDMOW. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal study.
• Third-Party Content: Practice questions are derived from publicly available, memory-based, and independently reconstructed educational materials. EDMOW does not claim ownership of underlying examination questions, which remain the property of their respective examination bodies.
• Your Data: Your attempt logs and behavioral data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Content Authenticity & No Official Affiliation

EDMOW is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to NTA, CBSE, or any other examination authority. We do not host official answer keys, scanned government documents, or watermarked proprietary materials. All questions are labeled generically by subject, chapter, and topic only.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for: (a) violation of these Terms, (b) fraudulent activity, (c) security threats, or (d) regulatory requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data retention post-termination is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDMOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not applicable, given that the Platform is provided completely free of charge.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via a banner on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
