CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

1. Content Nature

EDMOW hosts practice questions derived from memory-based reconstructions, publicly circulated educational materials, and independent curation. We do not claim that these are "official" examination papers. Questions are organized generically by academic subject, chapter, and topic.

2. No Official Affiliation

EDMOW is not affiliated with:

• National Testing Agency (NTA)
• Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
• Any state examination board
• Any government education body

We do not use official logos, watermarks, or letterheads. We do not host scanned official answer keys.

3. IP Ownership

• EDMOW IP: Platform software, database compilation structure, taxonomy, original solution text, and UI design are the exclusive property of EDMOW.
• Third-Party IP: Underlying examination questions, where they constitute facts or public information, are not owned by EDMOW. Where proprietary content is identified, we will review and remove it promptly upon valid notice.
• User IP: You retain no rights over the questions. You may not download, scrape, or redistribute the question bank.

4. DMCA / Takedown

If you believe content on EDMOW infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Grievance Officer (grievance@edmow.com) containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• URL of the infringing material
• Your contact details with signature
• A good-faith statement

We will respond within 48 hours and remove disputed content pending resolution.
